Finally actually getting some page into this. It has been stuck only a few pages in for years by now because I have gotten out of habit with reading paper books.
It's brilliantly written; the language is gorgeous, just as I would expect from a Nobel Price winner. I am sure I will enjoy all of it.

Bit of a slow burn at first but now I really enjoy the chase scenes and have warmed to a couple of side characters.

I like this one, but it really should come with a CW for sexual violence up front.

I don't know what it is with this one. On paper it looks like I should be flying right through it, but I just am not, and I have not been able to identify why.
The worldbuilding seems cool, and the character concepts too, but I seem to not be connecting, but that's actually not always an issue for me. Maybe it's the pacing?
I have no idea.

I already love the writing so much.
If it keeps this level through out there's a good chance this will be my favourite read yet of 2021
