I’m loving this book

I’m not quite sure what to make of contemporary novels in this vein, nor would I especially rush to recommend it. However, it really does feel like it’s rehearsing the kinda conversations about God, morality, desire, friendship, purpose/meaning, and fear of death that I’m increasingly having with folk under 40; though perhaps (!) with a tad more openness and candour than folk will typically offer to clergy
