Just started part two,so far none of the characters are grabbing me.

Finally got the book from the library. Hope to finish reading before Sunday's book club. So far, it does not seem very good.

I stayed up late last night because I got drawn into the story. Wish I could discuss the plot with co-workers instead of health care reform :)

Read a bit before bed last night and had dreams of school, war, and troubled relationships

Began during plane ride to Boston and continued through the weekend. Officially hooked, but worried about crying as the characters endure more tragedy.

how can a book that is so interesting and timely be moving so slowly?

trying to finish this book; still interested in the story, but it is like eating a dense brownie. You need to go slowly or else you get stomach pains.

I may be scaring my fellow metro riders because I keep gasping in surprise at various points in the book

Feel like I have been in a work cave; hoping to emerge and find more life/work balance which includes reading and sharing good books!

Reading slowly because work is hectic, but love the passion of a woman who loves books and tries to capture a writer's life story

Decided that I like the story of the older Smith student best.

The story made my train ride to and from boston much more enjoyable.

Almost all members of the book club agreed that this was not a very compelling book. Still I feel obligated to finish. Thankfully, I am closer to the end than the beginning.

Hoping to finish by next wed. so far, it is very interesting.

Hopefully, I can finish by tonight, but may be distracted by other compelling tasks like packing.

Good to read in between writing thank you notes and packing.

Feels like an episode of Prairie Home Companion without funny commercials and sound effects

have to return the book to the library, hopefully, I can pick up where I left off

I read a few pages of this book last night after my brain was full from professional responsibility. I like feeling inspired and remembering that passing the bar will help open doors to wonderful things!

The book provides a great escape from bar exam prep, but after reading right before bed, I have crazy dreams!

After last night's discussion, I was inspired to read more. It will be awhile before I finish, but I am looking forward to trying.

Went to MD to celebrate wedding anniversary and started ANOTHER book. If only I were so vigorous about starting new bar exam topics! This book is engaging and disturbing all at once.

Did not finish in time for meeting, but I still really love the book. Looking forward to finishing... someday!

Another book which is REALLY GOOD and I have to hide so that I can read for bar review instead of for pleasure. This book really is fantastic though, so far.
