Selection for March book club. My stomach hurts as I read the book. It is moving quickly, but incredibly disturbing.

Really into this book now to the point where I feel a little sad it is ending, only a little sad, but still!

Karen has said many times that books find you when you are ready to read them. During my third try at this book, I am finding the sentiment to be true

Back into the groove of the book

I finished this book two days ago and LOVED it! Keeping the book in this section until I write my review

Officially sucked in and totally impressed with how a book which started off so slowly has me completely mesmerized.

A silver lining of all the delays is that I got to read more of this tale. Down side is that I cried in public because of a plot development.

The character development and historical context work well to create a compelling tale. Sometimes, I wish I had a longer commute, so I could keep reading :)

I have had to stand a lot on the train going home. Turns out that I read slower when I am trying to keep my balance on a moving train.

Nice way to begin the day!

Unexpectedly, I have been laughing out loud at various points in the book!

Getting better by the page

Began while on vacation, started very slowly. Fortunately, the book is beginning to pick up speed.

Finished the book while in Jamaica, but still need to write my review. In short: AMAZING! If you have not read, RUN, get a copy, and begin!!

Amazing story which has ability to make long flights and layovers seem not so bad

I was not feeling well on Friday, so the book was a good companion.

Last night, I shed my first tears and sighed at the sweetness of an exchange in the book.

This book made a long and cold train ride home last night seem short and warm.

Even though I am only at the beginning, the story is taking my breath away!

I am excited to jump into this book as it is the selection for the January book club meeting of the DC group.

The pages are off in my edition, but I am four pages away from the end

I feel like I am learning a lot, but I am ready for the book to finish.

In the midst of a hectic work period, I needed to read more of an inspiring tale. Learning that you need to go through a lot of bad shit before you can become great.

I actually finished this book tonight, but want to write my review before moving it to the "read shelf." Just wanted to say this was INCREDIBLY UNSATISFYING!!! The ending fit with the rest of the book in that it fell flat and did not make much sense.

Felt inspired to keep reading after meeting. Unfortunately, I still do not feel engaged with the story.
