When I was explaining this book to my friend, I realised something about his book.

Everything so far has been predictable, and the protagonist is so narrow minded.

I thought I was enjoying this book, but on a second thought, it’s not very good.

I don't like blood, so this makes me squirm.

BUT WHAT A COOL CONCEPT OMG I keep telling all my friends and family (they're tired of me explaining Time = Money) lol

I feel like Black got the two major characteristics of Rhys, split them into the two main characters, and then based it in Cassie Clare’s faerie world.

2. These scenes by the docks and underground remind me a lot of the setting in Empire or Storms, and tbh m much rather be reading that than third right now.

I like how unique the paranormal world is, I don't love that it's set in hot-ass Texas. I, for some reason, like my fantasy worlds set in cold, snowy areas. Am I the only picky reader like this?

Eh… the writing is getting worse… but I’ll keep reading
