Words cannot describe my pure adoration for this book. I'm completely gushing and swooning inside and I'm so close to finishing, so close to finishing it in one sitting. There's something about this author's writing, it's intoxicating.

What's with female protagonists and their ANtagonism towards dresses??!

You get presented with EXQUISITE living conditions, presented with the best food, and you turn up your nose at it? Sit your ungrateful ass down and eat, Feyre, you're not katniss everdeen.

Feyre's prejudice against the fairies is a bit annoying. Yes, we KNOW YOU HATE THE FAERIES but you don't have to remind me every 2 sentences!!

Loving it! The story is interesting, and there are many many layers. I like me a good, rich story.

It's just, so ugh. My notp. Eadlyn's all "Oh!!! I love him so much!!!" But I DO NOT BUY IT FOR A SECOND. There hasn't been enough development to make me ship them.and I HATE the way everyone else's feelings are just being waved away. Like, she only likes him because he's an outsider. It's not really fair to Henri or any of the other guys. I can't begin to express my disappointment.

It's kind of bratty the way eadlyn is dismissing her feelings for anyone else and their feelings for her.
