Hello reading slump. I hate you.

Camp Nanowrimo is killing all of my reading time... I miss all of you lovely friends I've made here on Goodreads and I can't wait for this month to end so I can go back to living on here the way I once did. :)

Oops. I guess I was too busy being emotionally scarred.

This is going to be a book that I'm not going to forget. I can already tell. It's breaking my heart, and I'm not even a hundred pages it.

Forgot Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children; I'm not more into Vicente's Home for Wayward Seventeen-Year-Olds.

I'm in love with Sally (A.K.A Salvador). I want my own. He's so thoughtful, and his relationship with his father has to be the most precious thing in this whole novel.

His writing and stories are just so beautiful...

I am in love with everything about this book already.

Nothing like binge reading on a freezing night. Dark tale, thick blankets, and a warm drink.

When you're so behind on your reviewing that it all just seems hopeless....

Great. Just what I need for my public image is to be getting emotional over this beautiful, stupid book.

So far, this is even better than Struck By Lightning. I love the POVs, and of course, Colfer's sarcasm is just fantastic.

... And there's the uber depressing turn I was waiting for this story to take.

These characters are all a bunch of oddballs... Aw, what the heck, I love 'em anyway.

Gotta love a book that takes place in a Japanese mental institution.

I love the writing style and the characters. Murakami's unique imagination really shines through.

And I'm crying. Again. Why do his books always wreck me?!?

I love the fact that all of his novels exist in the same universe...
