Some good points here, particularly about the conflict between the value of a college education (and rising costs) in the era of flattened technology, much of which is free and readily available. A quick scan of index reveals: no mention of MOOCs. How is that possible?

Some initial thoughts: intrigued by notion of encouraging technology use by students outside of classroom to support in-class pedagogy; agree that teaching explicit skills on using digital tools is important; am not intended audience for this book; and I can't help but think the use of word 'naked' to describe face-to-face learning is blatant attempt to sell more books.
