ಲೆನಿನ್ ಒಬ್ಬ ಆಸಕ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ. ಆದರೆ ಅವನು ವರ್ಕಿಂಗ್ ಕ್ಲಾಸ್ ಕೆಲಸಗಾರ ಅಲ್ಲ‌ . ಎಷ್ಟೆಲ್ಲ ಮಿಥ್‌ಗಳಿವೆ ಅಂತ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯ!

I thought Mao book is very good .but this is even better. Short crisp chapters. Terrific narration..reads like a novel.

This books almost comes to an end but almost 200 pages of reference material!!!! 10 years of research work! And a biography reads like thriller.

ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ದಿನ ಮಾತ್ರ ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ಕಡೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಗಂಡ ಹೆಂಡತಿ ಭೇಟಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ!
ಕಾಲು ಶತಮಾನ ಸ್ನಾನವೇ ಮಾಡದ ಜನ!

Beautiful prose. I can feel the dampness in the atmosphere.. Wow! Really loving it.

Rain brings back memories! Nostalgic.. In this pandemic situation why I started this beautifully crafted novel about melancholy.

ಒಂದೊಂದು ಅಧ್ಯಾಯ ಓದುವಾಗಲೂ‌ ನಾವು ಪಠ್ಯಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ತಲೆಗೆ ತುರುಕಿಸಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದು ಎಂತಹ ಅಮೇಧ್ಯ ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಾದ ಮೂಡುತ್ತದೆ.

ಸಾವರ್ಕರ್ ಕಾಲಾಪಾನಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ಅನುಭವಿಸಲು ಹೊರಟರು. ಹೇಗೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಓದೋದಪ್ಪಾ...

Hard to digest what we learned in school is only the partial face (false) of freedom struggle. I had to stop in between and stare at the ceiling.
What I learnt in school? The only way to survive is to teach our kids in home the proper history.

How can a Pakistani write this novel???

Breathtaking prose.. Vivid description.. Loving it..

ಇನ್ನೂ ಆರನೇ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗವೂ ಆಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಎಷ್ಟು ಜನ ಸತ್ರು ಮಾರ್ರೇ‌ . but the prose is too good. And the description of 1800-1860 India and England.. Wow!
