Got this book from a holistic healing shop though I feel like I resonate more with HSP than Empath but that's okay,, I'm still committed to learning more about my sensitivity. ;;-;;

I'm not doing well mentally, even more so now that I'm on vacation, but this book is a little place of healing for me. I love it quietly, and it just feels so perfect for this moment in time.
