This book just went from Ho Hum to KILLING ME SOFTLY.

Well. That took a sudden turn for the sexually curious.

Now I care about all of the again. Except for what I think I remember to be the cliffhanger, which I'm quite sure is still pretty stupid.

I also LOVE the creative choices they made with the voice actors. The Italian accents aren't obnoxious, and the voice of the murderer is truly creepy as hell.

Okay, I just started this, but one of the main characters is a woman detective who spent WWII cutting Nazi throats in Tuscany. That's three stars, right there.

I highly recommend re-reading this book before the new release. Especially if, like me, you have no recollection of anything that happened to William.

Oh Gd, I had totally mind-wiped Denys Randall-Isaacs from my brain. I don't understand why Gabaldon insists on making all her secondary characters white guys of privilege. NONE OF US CARE ABOUT THEM. WE DON'T CAAAAAAARE.
