Teared up here too

This page, my god. This book is the most emotional roller coaster I've read, but this is the only page that has for some reason made me both laugh and cry at the same time!

Aaaaand I'm tearing up again. This book is so emotional. I love it but it is so sad. Such despair and misery and pain, and yet, not enough characters die. They just suffer.

I actually cried (page 800). Full on 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴. That was the most wonderful, painful, emotional thing. Worlds literally collided in so many ways, and oh my god. It was so amazing and brilliant and I don't even have the words to explain what just occurred.

The one thing that does bother me so far is that characters that are married always take their husband's name, or just end up with a bajillion names because they pile on the surnames *cough cough (Aelin) *cough. It is annoying that they can't just be independent females in their relationship.

In the span of TWO minutes I have already found two errors.... I decidedly dislike this series. It has gotten progressively worse as I go :(

Also, the sex is so bad. I did not read this book for it, and I do not care. And it is written like a BAD FANFICTION!!!!

...it is kind of traumatising how gross it is...

Wish me luck finishing it. The plot is so slow, and 500 pages in, nothing is happening.

I AM SO MAD ALICE DIED! I mean it makes a great plot twist and everything but like I thought she was alive! That would have been so much cooler but also less sad.

I am still convinced Ellie was Eddie and Frankie's daughter. Why did she ALSO have to die?? I have more theories...

1) Ellie is Eddie and Frankie's daughter
2) Edward King is Eddie
3) Ellie is somehow alive and she murdered everyone

I have theories....

Very dense (maybe because it is the adult version)
