Why do I only care about Adolin and Renarin? Kal has been written out, Szeth is dull as sheep, Dalinar is in the world's most boring and pointless visions, Shallan is off in another book ignoring this one's plot entirely. Who'd have thought Adolin would become the series MVP?

It's surprising easy to slip into a Yorkshire accent. It's fucking impossible to know who anyone is - I swear she gave no hint as to who the narrator was until page 20
