How can I too smell like wet earth and wrought iron and raw sugar???

I’m ready to think about this book every day for the rest of my life. Here we go.

How am I almost a third of the way through and I couldn’t tell you a single thing that has happened? I wish Perrin would shut up. I thought I was immune to this series by now but this one is testing my patience.

😓😮‍💨

amazingly written, of course. i listened to the audiobook and the narration was one of the best ive ever heard (though that might just be overall bad narration in fantasy specifically). some of the more absurd moments didnt land for me and i wished the main characters had had more development/POV time. but the villain and the conflict moments were exciting and interesting.
