Cami is 25% done with Codependent No More: How to Stop Controlling Others and Start Caring for Yourself

Wow. Didn’t think this book was relevant to me in my healing process, mainly because I’ve been told I was independent since I was about 8 years old. But I was deeply interested in why so many people recommended this book, and it is a short read so I said why not ? Well turns out the definition of codependent is much wider than I’d thought. Really looking forward to see what can I learn
