DNF during Chapter 15: Despite the plot being decent I got the ick towards Ben & Sorrel’s affections for each other. It’s not really my thing to read men on men relationships. Hazel & Jack’s relationship didn’t interest me either because I’m a sucker for enemies to lovers rather than friends to lovers.

Stopped Reading on Chapter 11 after Joey & Dexter’s first kiss happened way to fast & didn’t have enough tension. I also didn’t like Dexter’s character at all.

He was late. I tapped my fingers on the table, trying not to check the time on my phone. Again.

(Unfortunately I grew bored with this book, this is where I left off & since I don’t physically own it I don’t feel guilty for leaving it unfinished)
