Third SR text and I'm increasingly frustrated by her characterisation.
I don't particularly enjoy any of the characters - this was also true of CWF. Less so here but I don't truly connect with Alice or Eileen. Only Simon seems to be grounded by some form of moral compass but even this is religious and therefore paradoxical.
Unusual chaptering and split narrative - not really convinced by the friendship between A/E.
