Project Gutenberg books are not an option when choosing which edition, but this one has the page number as close as I can get it. My P.G. copy has 289 pages.

Melanie Page is on page 123 of 368 of Missoula: Rape and the Justice System in a College Town
Police officers who approach rape cases in this way are likely to turn up other crimes. And when prosecutors have evidence of multiple victims, it becomes much harder for defense attorneys to attack any single victim's credibility--the time-honored rape defense that so often results in acquittal.

Melanie Page is on page 123 of 368 of Missoula: Rape and the Justice System in a College Town
"The focus of this investigation shouldn't simply be this one, seemingly isolated rape," [David Lisak explains]. "It should be 'Who is this suspect? Who can tell us what he's reall like? Who are the other women he may have raped?' Detectives need to subpoena e-mail accounts, look into the suspect's Facebook friends."

Melanie Page is on page 103 of 368 of Missoula: Rape and the Justice System in a College Town
"When you have a victim who is willing to go the distance and you shut her down, what does that say to other victims? 'Don't bother'? When cops and prosecutors fail to aggressively pursue sexual-assault cases ... it sends a message to sexual predators that women are fair game and can be raped with impunity."

Melanie Page is starting Powerful Days: Civil Rights Photography of Charles Moore
"Cocky as ever--and unaware of how much his actions have aided the civil rights cause--[Bull] Connor struts through Kelly Ingram Park. Connor urged his men to let whites near the demonstrations. 'I want them to see the dogs work,' he said" (102).

Melanie Page is reading Basil Moreau: Founder of Holy Cross
I'm on page 42, but I'm going to stop. I teach commission in college and thus am too aware of things like the author making assumptions, like how there is no evidence of how Moreau's family felt the day he became a priest, but we can assume, or how the author leads conversations by deciding what was good/bad instead of reporting information without bias, which is what I expect as a reader of a biography.

I've decided to just color by, well, color. I'm doing the girl's skin on all the pages. I'll go back later and do her dress, etc. I got worn out coloring the little teeny designs on the wall paper on the first page. If I didn't change tactics, I would still BE on the first page.
