Once again, perfect story ? The idea was just so simple yet so clever and fun. The storyline itself was also easy to get invested in and definitely gave me our wives under the sea vibes

The characterisation is so good, so layered and complex
I'm gonna really miss baby Malaya, but this first part seems like a fantastic introduction, exposing so realistically the impact of how one's treated during childhood

I've seen several people criticising the food descriptions, and I don't get it ?
They're detailed and like heavy on the flavour, textures, smells, but I enjoy them. They don't feel negatively weaponised and are really important to the story and to Malaya?

Def mysterious, and rather fun!
