Well that is a twist I did not expect at all and I am really intrigued and curious and wish it was more present in the book maybe.

Not just cosy fantasy as I initially thought - we have a quest adventure and there are some stakes in the game. It does move fast, like very fast, and the writing could be improved. But the MCs are fun.

I have only a few pages left and I do not want it to end!

So much fun! I need popcorn while I read this book, it's to intriguing and entertaining and it keeps me on the edge of my seat!

I can literally feel the summer oozing from this book.

This is pretty much the first book in the series from Gabrielle and Felix's perspectives, but half the length (because no spicy scenes).

Ugh, Philip, please! Here we have an old enough man who complains that his wife sometimes puts her stepdaughter first instead of him. Jesus! Gabrielle is a young lady who lost her father (a father who didn't want her or cared for her anyway) and she's now stuck with her stepmum so close to her age and Philip, who is hurt his wife doesn't put him first. Get a grip, man!!!

I kinda forgot how nice Golden Angel writes Regency Romance. And Gabrielle is a bitch in this one (as expected!)

THE WAY MY HEART STOPPED AT THE HOTEL THING. I mean I did not want the book to go that way (and it didn't so yay) but STILL! THE FEELINGS!

Boy, is this book stressing me out! But I also love how it's in the future and some adults are named after Game of Thrones characters! Really fun, really stressful too.

So many twists! I love the investigation in this one. Sure, is it YA and do I need to not go in with a too realistic approach? Yes, but it's fun and light and actually intriguing.

I am trying my absolute best not to read this in one day because I am having too much fun with it and I want more days of too much fun! Please! Thank you!

Colour me pleasantly surprised!! I did not expect to get so fast into this book!

It's so serene and so not like the film but so like the film.

I loved the film - I did not know there was a book. Now the book seems a bit different, at least I don't remember the reunion part as being part of the film, but it's still chilling and amazing and beautiful and I am mesmerized!
