And finally our heroes arrive on Ringworld, or crush on it :). It's a great story, but some descriptions are too long for me, more direct would be better. If Teela is a mascot, she doesn't works so well.

Niven as a great imagination and here we have some interesting characters: mainly I like Nessus, that belong to a species of cowards, that when are braves are judged crazy.

Finally I'm reading this. The novels of the 'Known Space', by Larry Niven, are so many and I read only few of them. Fortunately, the first chapter in this book is an introduction that explains races, technology, novels in order of publication and give some information about the 'Known Space'.

Finished "The Soft Weapon". I like these stories, are useful to figure out the world of Niven's novels and you can read them easily. And then, wow, a weapon capable of morphing into several devices: that's awesome!

I wanted to read this collection, before starting the Ringworld series. Nice sci fi, well detailed and this author has undoubtedly an incredible fantasy and imagination.

A interesting introduction to drones and UAV with a detailed description of components, brand, models and techniques of assembly.
Made me want to buy one. :)

This is a book my friends recommended me often. I read a couple of chapters, and it's a story rich of imagination and with a tone that remember me a theatrical work.
I like, but we'll see next chapters.

Galactic wars aren't enough and the story take an horror turn with the introduction of a genetic mutation. Wow!

This evening I watched "The Martian", based on the book by Andy Weir. I like it, but I think that It lacks of explanations. In The book, every problem or situation is explained by Mark, with more information for the reader. In the movie, Mark make some things, without many explanations. The book is better!

Wow! Great story. A galactic war, a mystery, some unintentional heroes. I'm looking forward to continue this boook.

Nice book that mix sci fi and mystery. Till now we have a mysterious mayday signal, an abandoned ship and a vanished girl. I'm looking forward to undercover what's happening.

Wow. This is a great story, even though Jan is an arrogant asshole. I don't know if I prefer to see her in chains or fall out of the airship.

This book is boring!!! I won't quit, but I think that will be hard to finish. :)

The entire story begin to be like a roleplay, with a party, a quest and an evil to fight.
All in a modern society. I love this book!

This is an incredible story, about a mysterious bookshop, with funny and interesting characters. There is the charm of old books and the influence of modern technologies, that you see in many references.

I am almost at the end of the book. The fate of Elric is always made, but his path is
marked by tragedy.

Tomorrow will start the last work week before Christmas! Only three days and then two weeks of relax and celebrations. :)

I started the last part of this saga. I haven't hope for an happy hending, but I hope in a good ending, no cliffhanger.

I arrived at the last book of this series. I'm curious to discover the fat of Elric, so many times referred previously.
