The story is getting interesting, with strange creatures, modified men and pseudo multidimensional physics. Descriptions are too much complex, rich and beautiful, but a little bit expensive, in terms of pace.

There are a lot of technical or pseudo technical terms in this novel, but It becomes more interesting with the evolving of the story.

This novel is in balance between horror and steampunk, with some peaks of absurd.

In these days I had a nostalgic moment, seeing a spot of the series "Ash vs Evil Dead", the last chapter of a series started with two movies in the '80s (Evil Dead 1 and 2) and Army of Darkness (1992):

Exaggeratedly splatter, funny and with an improbably hero. But I missed this character. :)

Interesting and detailed descriptions of a city overcrowded, dark, and mysterious. I haven't still understood the plot, but I read only the first three chapters.

This is a collection of three stories about the steampunk genre. I finished the first, a funny and intriguing story, about queen Victoria. Yes, a revisited version of the queen, with some interesting appetites. :)

I have to say that I like this story, the author play masterfully with thrill, mystery and horror, bring the reader to shocking discoveries. And these creepers.....

I've finished the second season of Hannibal. Wow, It's incredible! Though, the entire series is a little exaggerated, bringing the creativity of Lecter (speaking about killing) to extreme limits and overshadowing his cannibalism. But, at this point, I'm looking forward to see the next.

This book remember me some movies I've seen on tv: a group of young tourists, a little adventure in a boring day, all possibles wrong decisions taken by our heroes and an evil that is ready to hit (Ah,Ah,Ah!!!!).
It's a little weak like begin and Pablo..... He speak only greek, I wonder what he undestood about the party's destination! Maybe a tour of local bars and clubs :)

Every time I read a King's novel I remember what I like most of him: his ability to build a story that start with common facts in common places. Some background stories, for add more details, all mixed with splatter elements and chills.

the horror is mixed with scifi, with a lot of suspense. I love these story, but I hope that
is given soon an explanation about the past of these characters.

The beginning is Interesting, even though is not clear where the author wants to go.
But he is taking the "long way", with an introduction of the characters, their characteristics, for arrive to what I think is the real begining of the story: the hunt in the 2001.

Another story of Marlowe. This time the beginning is not marked by the discovery of a corpse, but the road is still long.
