This is a good thriller, told alternatively by the point of view of William Hodges and the psychopathic. The best King comes out in some of the creepy descriptions. I'm looking forward to continue, but for today I have to stop.

For a retired detective, overweight and with a lack of purposes in his life, William Hodges gets along well yet. And shows that he is still a seductive man, with a series of fu%k with a charming heiress.

I love thrillers and this one is great. Stephen king that write a story with a merciless psychopath and a tough retired detective.

The beginning is good, a thriller in the style of King. Great!

Marlowe's adventures are like a puzzle where at one point, all pieces fit, and emerges a story. This remember me the old Ellery Queen series, where at the end Ellery gates all characters for explain the murder.

Another adventure of Marlowe. I like this detective and this type of novel. Rarely there are some gunfights and questions lead to other questions or various bodies.
In this case the first body appears after six chapters.

I like this genre of stories. Philip Marlowe play a game of lies and half-truths with villains and policemen. It's funny to see what he will invent to get out of it unscathed.

The last chapter in this wonderful series. I think that Niven tryied to give an answer to many questions emerged in the previous books.

I like this series, and I'm looking forward to know what will happen on Ringworld.
I have some difficult to follow one fo the main plots of this book. There are too many characters, too many names to remember.

Continue the adventures of Louis Wu on the Ringworld. A word is often encountered:
Rishathra was sex outside of one's own species. Everyone knew the word. Many species practiced it. For some, it could be a means of mutual birth control; for others, the first move in a trade agreement. For some it was taboo.

There is an incredible revelation about Ringworld engineers. Unfortunately, I think that you need some previous novels for understand who are these people.

Another adventure of Luis Wu. I'm curious to see if this book will be good like the previous. And I like the style and imagination of Niven.

Wow! Robinette Broadhead is a complex character. Definitely he need a psychiatric help. This is a great book with all the main elements can attract a reader: adventure, drama and mystery.

And finally our heroes arrive on Ringworld, or crush on it :). It's a great story, but some descriptions are too long for me, more direct would be better. If Teela is a mascot, she doesn't works so well.

Niven as a great imagination and here we have some interesting characters: mainly I like Nessus, that belong to a species of cowards, that when are braves are judged crazy.

Finally I'm reading this. The novels of the 'Known Space', by Larry Niven, are so many and I read only few of them. Fortunately, the first chapter in this book is an introduction that explains races, technology, novels in order of publication and give some information about the 'Known Space'.
