Kind of beating me over the head with it.

Reading this famous self-help book from 1963 with Headway

Not sure I will be able to finish this one. I take issue with the premise that because our culture handles grief poorly we should isolate, wallow, and cut unsupportive people (who mean well but say the wrong things) out of our lives. Reads like a memoir, and also like an apologetic for maintaining an avoidant attachment style.

Fairly repetitive so far, but perhaps more useful to someone coming into tech from outside

Making me think about the Ukraine war in a different way, a lot of parallels to the US deliberations before enter the Korean War

I’d like to take some of the audible version of this and put it over ambient music.
