I’ll be glad to finish this book. I’m enjoying the story but the constant mention of things that add nothing to the plot is incredibly distracting and annoying.

The story is good so far but I’m getting sick and tired of reading about masks and vaxing and everything related to that. I get making the storyline relevant to the real world time period, but a few mentions at the beginning would be sufficient to “set the scene.” Now it just keeps pulling me out of the plot.

I feel like this book is never going to end and I’m having a terrible time understanding what the hell is going on.
