Getting to Yes is a classic book from the Harvard Negotiation Project that outlines a method for principled negotiation to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

(Listening to the audio book.) Although most of its thoughts seem almost too obvious at first glance, the book provides a helpful framework to navigate situations that easily can derail due to so many different factors that a structure approach seems like a good guiding rail.
So far I‘ve enjoyed it and I look forward to apply its suggestions in real life situations.
