Status Updates From After the Storm (KGI, #8)

I am disappointed with this book. It was very over-the-top cheesy for me. The love relationship was not believable. Extremely rushed and unrealistic. I had really been looking forward to this book in the series. I wonder if maybe some of it had to do with the narration. The narrator was very good however, sometimes the inflection and tone was a little off. I would rate this three stars and spicy level warmish.

Of all of the books in this series… this one has got to be the cheesiest. I guess it’s supposed to be a.I fell in love with her at first sight… but it’s a little over-the-top. It doesn’t feel very genuine… very forced. it seems one-sided… Donovan fell in love at first sight… but Eve is still on the fence.
