I didn't do it this year because I didn't get active in goodreads till later in the year, didn't want it to look like I only read 40 all year or something! LOL I plan to in 2012 tho!

Forty books is good for me. Looks like you could accomplish closer to 60, certainly 50. I might set 50 as my goal next year (and read a few more graphic novels!).

Yeah, books are a good distraction for me. I needed one this year.

Sorry to hear it was a tough year for you. Books are the wonderfullest (word?) of distractions, more so for me than television. Internet/Goodreads/Facebook is a close second, however.

A lot of manga-also I have a GR friend who has pushed me to increase my number from 100, since this spring-as I near my goal, she keeps daring me. Thank you also for the tiles you have interested me during the year.
