This highlight isnt worthy of any open review page. It's generalised. Whilest well-written for the lead-up in the book, it doesnt address the straight-to-the-point example/s that consumers need in order to make an informed decision. Did i upload this one??? I hope not but if i did, someone pls tell me so i can delete it LOL
