The exiles in love (by Hilary McKay)

The exiles in love by Hilary McKay (Amazon UK link) I’ve been enjoying rereading some of the books by Hilary McKay. I enjoyed this book, which features a close-knit family with likeable, well-rounded characters. At least, it's close-knit until the father, Kip, makes an unexpected decision which devastates his wife Louisa and their three adult children.
