Dusty Sharp lives in Southern California with his wife, Stephanie, and four English Mastiffs. He enjoys exploring the back-country of the desert southwest and tinkering on old Ford Broncos. Dusty enjoys good cigars, better food, and great beer. He has had a lifelong interest in the history of California and the west, and is a proud brother of E Clampus Vitus. His professional background is in marketing, having worked for many years in the RV and automotive aftermarket industries. The Austin Conrad thrillers are his first published works of fiction.

I've gotten busier with my freelance clients (in my "other" career), probably in part because their regular staffs are in lockdown. And my wife, who is a school teacher, is home now too, creating a lot more distractions (some welcome, some not so much LOL) in what would normally be my writing time. That said, I am trying to get some forward progress in Austin Conrad #4 each day, and I hope I'll be able to pick up my pace. But with the uncertainty I really can't guess at a release date.(less)

An Excerpt from the Next Austin Conrad Thriller!

Hi there thriller fans! As I write this I’m sitting at the kitchen table at my brother- and sister-in-law’s place in Missouri. It’s the day before Thanksgiving, its chilly outside and my wife and SIL are working on meal prep for tomorrow’s feast. After breakfast I’ll go up to the barn with my brother-in-law and work on processing the deer we harvest
