Author Bio: NJ Simat is the author of five books, including Club Daze and The Subtle Realm, the first two books of the Tufts Adventure Series, and two nonfiction works on animal husbandry: The Coopbook and Hen or Roo. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts and Sciences for Pre-Veterinary Medicine from Georgia State but found her true passion for writing at Emory's Creative Writing Program. Currently mentored by Kristina Marie Darling at Pocket MFA, her writing consistently explores reality, humanitarianism, and connection across genres.
