Ann Wright lives in South Yorkshire with her husband. She is the author of Children’s History of Sheffield, as well as numerous short stories published around the world in annuals and magazines for young readers. She lost count how many a long time ago, but it’s probably in the thousands by now. A Girl in Time is her first book for young adult readers.
When she’s not writing she likes watching Sci-Fi and dystopian films at the cinema, roaming around old castles and forts, and drinking cappuccino. She never goes anywhere without her Kindle, for fear of being stuck in a waiting room or hotel without something to read.
