I know it's tough to do in our day-to-day lives, believe me, I live in a city and am applying for colleges, but even calmly meditating, or stepping outside for a 30-minute walk can really help freshen your mind. Visit your favourite place, eat your favourite snack; spoil your heart and brain. I also write a lot about nature and travel on buses every day, so listening to music can also really help in getting lost and spending time with your thoughts. Finally, never be scared to share your work with family and friends; they just might give you the answer and motivation you were looking for! (less)
