Chris Conrad was born in California but grew up and attended school mostly in Oklahoma and Arkansas. He now lives in rural Sequoyah County, Oklahoma where his first young adult Christian mystery, "Twisted Leaves," is located. Although fiction, this first in "The Fisheye Files" series is set in the Sequoyah's Cabin historic site near his home.
