you’re working just as hard for less money than ever

unless you’ve had a 25% pay increase since 2020, you’ve had a pay cut.

if you were making $20 an hour in 2020, for example, then unless you are now making $25 an hour or more, you’ve had a pay cut.

any job that doesnt give you a raise every year is actually giving you a pay cut every year

the cost of everything goes up constantly every year. if your pay is not going up at at least the same rate
