Raised in Kansas and Arkansas, Kevin joined the Air Force after graduating from the University of Arkansas. He retired in 2009 after 20 years on active duty.

He then spent two and half years developing and troubleshooting websites before diving into commercial freelance writing in 2012. His first published work of fiction was "Domino Lady Finds A Few Good Men" in Airship 27's Domino Lady Volume One in 2015.

He lives in Northern California with his wife and kids. When he's not reading or writing, he's brewing his own beer.
