I started writing when I was a young girl. My Mother gave me a diary and a pen. I still keep a diary to this day. I think it's important to write about yourself, and personal thoughts and feelings. I followed my dream of becoming a chef, and now my dreams of writing are coming true. It's not easy to have a commitment of this size, but I love telling stories.
I live near the beach which is a great place to reflect and walk, even in winter. I also have a passion for creating desserts. ...more
