أخي هل تُراك سئمتَ الكفاح * و ألقيتَ عن كاهليك السلاح
فمن للضحايا يواسي الجراح * و يرفع راياتها من جديد

أخي هل سمعت أنين التراب * تدُكّ حَصاه جيوشُ الخراب
تُمَزقُ أحشاءه بالحراب * وتصفعهُ وهو صُلبٌ عنيد

أخي إنني اليوم صُلب المراس * أدُك صخور الجبال الرواس
غدا سأشيح بفأس الخلاص * رءوس الأفاعي إلى أن تبيد

أخي إن ذرفت علىّ الدموع * وبللّت قبري بها في خشوع
فأوقد لهم من رفاتي الشموع * و سيروا بها نحو مجدٍ تليد

أخي إنْ نَمُتْ نلقَ أحبابنا * فروْضاتُ ربي أُعدت لنا
و أطيارُها رفرفت حولنا * فطوبى لنا في ديار الخلود

أخي إنني ما سئمت الكفاح * و لا أنا ألقيت عني السلاح
و إن طوقتني جيوشُ الظلام * فإني على ثقةٍ بالصباح

و إني على ثقة من طريقي * إلى الله رب السنا و الشروق
فإن عافني السَّوقُ أو عَقّنِي * فإني أمينٌ لعهدي الوثيق

أخي أخذوك على إثرنا * وفوجٌ على إثر فجرٍ جديد
فإن أنا مُتّ فإني شهيد * وأنت ستمضي بنصرٍ جديد
