Writing one, or six, short pieces generally gets me in the mood and able to carry on with what needs finishing. Sometimes the short pieces blend together and create a new book, or become an addition for another book in the "Children of Light" series, or become a book on its own, like my "Where The Wolf Has Been". Either way, I have enjoyed myself and feel like facing the hard part of the prior book.(less)

Getting to share my little bits of eye-candy with others and getting to see the joy they bring is also exhilarating. Encouraging other writers and helping them solve some block or getting to point them to the next step is also really great.(less)
