I used to think I was the problem.
It took me a long time to understand what was actually happening — the slow erosion of trust, the self-doubt that felt like my own, the exhaustion of constantly trying to be enough.
I write about these patterns because I know how invisible they can feel. My three books — When Love Distorts Reality, You Were Not Too Sensitive, and This Was Never Your Burden — are for anyone who has ever felt crazy, too sensitive, or somehow always at fault.
