Eduardo Aleman An excerpt from the Preface:

"Hey friend,

If you’re reading these words right now, there’s a high probability the room around you feels smaller than it should. Maybe it’s 2:47 a.m. and the only light is coming from your phone screen. Maybe your heart rate is still elevated from rereading the same email, text message, or calendar invite for the fifteenth time. Maybe you’ve been carrying the same knot in your stomach for days.

You’ve already taken the hardest step by reaching for something instead of staying numb or pretending everything is fine. That courage matters more than you realize right now.

So let’s walk this together. I’m right here with you. No judgment. No hurry.

Let’s hop out of the stuck place—one honest, clear decision at a time.

You’ve got this.
And I’ve got your back"

If you are interested in reading this book, I have reader copies and of course, it is available on Amazon and other e-bookstores

Thanks a lot and wish you all well,
Eduardo

Eira Vale I honestly think readers connect more deeply with books that feel emotionally honest instead of overly “perfect” or motivational.

Especially books that quietly describe confusion, emotional exhaustion, relationship anxiety, or feeling disconnected from yourself.

Those are usually the kinds of books that stay with me the longest.
