First and foremost, I love to read and write.

I read a lot of academic literature in relation to my ongoing teaching/research and also enjoy other fiction and nonfiction that addresses important social topics/issues, introduces new perspectives/theories, and pushes me to challenge my own thinking. Additionally, I love historical novels, suspense novels, and autobiographies of great leaders.

My own writing is largely academic in nature and my research explores issues of management-employee relations, work quality and job satisfaction, and various international geo-political and socio-economic analysis. I also have done some religious-themed work and I continue to do some social/political op-ed pieces from time to time.
