CRISTINE EASTIN writes contemporary women’s fiction spiced with romance, threaded with life’s heartaches, and enriched with faith and hope.

Cris grew up in Minnesota where life centered on family and friends, outdoor activities, pets, music, and reading. She also wrote short stories and terrible poetry. Then the fun writing stopped and she attended the university. She earned a doctorate in counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

A psychotherapist, now retired, for thirty-five years, Cris has a passion for encouraging people. She tells patients who feel dried up inside, “You can’t pour from an empty pitcher.” Writing for fun again, Cris hopes her fiction not only entertains but pours into readers’ deepest needs.

Turns out, I learned something new about Scotland. The official national animal of Scotland is indeed the unicorn.
