I'm sorry to hear that, Aleeshas2! We had 71 trick-or-treaters this year, a few less than last year, and we were still wishing for more when we finally turned off the lights.In other news, finished the Mark of Athena last night--I was reading about spiders on Halloween, hahaha--and I am in LOVE!!! Agh, but why must my favorite character always be absent through most of the book? First it was London, now it's Nico... *sigh* I just can't seem to get enough of them. Other than that, pretty much everything in the book was amazing! Now I'm searching the horizon for the next one, hoping it's coming soon...
Omg! Halloween sounds so so cool over there!! In Australia no one really takes much notice :( Only a few little kiddies dared to knock on my door and most of their costume had no effort! holding a stick and wearing black t-shirt does NOT make you a wizard!
I wished I could be there :( It's like national dress-up day ^^ hee hee

Oh, it was? I'm sorry, Aleeshas2! We just finished handing out candy at our house, and the most common costume we saw this year was a fairy. Every year my family counts the number of each kind of costume the trick-or-treaters have, and then chooses the best (most creative, most complete, favorite, etc.) that we see. A Mario was our favorite, hat, mustache, and all.Anyway, I hope you're having a great time whether or not it's Halloween, Aleeshas2! I'm going to curl up with a good book now!

Hey, sorry it took me so long to reply, Aleeshas2! I'm not trying to neglect you, I promise!
I love what I've read of the Mark of Athena, but it takes me a while to read things, so it might be a while before I finish it. Maybe we can talk about it when I do, though? You might have figured this out, but I LOVE talking about books! Bad books, good books, okay books--it doesn't seem to matter!
