"Due to unforseen family stuff, I wasn't able to sit down and read this, but I'll try to pick it back up from the library soon. It is very interesting, but somewhat Stat-heavy at times. That being said, I knew this going in, and this isn't a complaint." Jun 27, 2014 08:22PM

Hmm...kinda lost the plot. Not a cap book anymore, a SciFi Remender book, which is fun, but also starts to go fairly mainstream boring after a bit...

"Romita Jr's art is very specific, very much it's own style, and it takes some attitude adjustment to truly enjoy it. But in this book, at least at the beginning, it becomes something so much more.

Which comes down to White's very modern colouring...." Read more of this review »

This seemed a good place to read stuff from before time runs out secret wars etc.

I feel like this was Cap as Fear Agent...and that's fun.

Art was fun instead of hyper real.

Drax flips between dumb and normal. Alaska gets visited by aliens. Killing.

Whets the appetite for GoTG 2, which I just saw. That Drax is more fun.

Blade by Marc Guggenheim
"Books like Marc Guggenheim and Howard Chaykin’s Undead Again are why you don’t see many Blade comics out there: it’s AWFUL and shows that he’s just not that interesting a character. On paper he sounds good: a vampire hunter who’s also a vampire -..." Read more of this review »

2.5 stars.

Damian back was obvious, and Bruce going to hell for him, sure. The Robins banding together, Babs, J-Todd and Timmy McYawnz. Also Cyborg kinda gets raped a few times...if you can rape a computer android human hybrid...

The dialogue is so ham
