—Muy bien, Cahal —contestó Caleb. —Ya no me duele nada.
—¿Qué le dolía, señor? —preguntó María untando los gofres de chocolate.
Aquella conversación se estaba saliendo del tiesto.
—Los huevos —comentó Menw haciendo que todos se partieran de la risa.
-¿Perdón? —dijo María agrandando los ojos de una manera no demasiado inocente.
—Huevos —corrigió él. —¿Podría hacerme unos huevos fritos, también?
—Claro —contestó María achicando los ojos. —Señorita Daanna, ¿me acercas los huevos de Menw?
Aquel comentario tomó a todos desprevenidos y de repente estallaron a carcajadas. No se podían aguantar.
