Nope, not all. T.J. Klune's books are produced by Dreamspinner Press: The Lightning-Struck Heart (which features an asexual character) and How To Be A Normal Person in which both protagonists are ace (homoromantics).

Most, if not all the books, in the Asexuals in Fiction and Asexuality in YA Fiction lists are produced either by independent or mainstream presses.

One I can think of is 'radio silence' by alice osman, which uses the word demisexual and is from like, harper collins I think. Bigger press
anyway, here's a list I always go back to for ace/aro book recs: http://aroaessidhe.tumblr.com/aroaceb...
...Also I'm still logged onto my author account. I'm an ace author with two books out! Dreamspinner is my press (or the YA imprint, Harmony Ink), they have a few ace books. My most recent one was self published.
I'm a little tricky about self pub books myself, but there's good ones out there. You need to be able to poke around and accept failure, y'know?
