Editions need combining (and possible series update)

I just added the Kindle edition of The Last Empress and it needs to be combined with the paperback edition. Once that is done, can you please check to ensure it is appended as the 2nd book in the Shattered Messiah Trilogy, the first of which was The Last Goddess? I know series is a different folder, but since the combination takes precedence, I decided to put both requests together.

Combined, and created series, as well as some lesser clean up on the other editions of both books.
You're right. It's easier to have all requests in one topic than across 2 or 3.
