Gunshot Road by Aussie Adrian Hyland is written by a man who knows the Territory and its people. Emily Tempest is an Aboriginal Community Police Officer extraordinaire. Lots of action, humour, mystery, Indigenous lore. Loved it! 4.5★

I love thrillers of all variety. Sometimes I read literary fiction. I just read the best thriller that I've read in ages. It's called The Girl In Kellers Way. It had a great write up in New Idea and they were right. It was fantastic. Any other good thrillers out there?

Just finished by Fiona Barton.

Another book about a missing baby (I just noticed the post above). Told from a number of points of view - the widow, the mother, the policeman, the reporter, the husband - but mostly from the widow.

Well worth the read. ★★★★
